What is Zumba ®?
Zumba® is an aerobic workout that combines dance moves mainly from salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, calypso and more. It is a fun workout, and is more freestyle than your standard “aerobics class”.
Fantastic workout to burn those calories …. Improve your coordination, Increase self-confidence, The moves can be used on the dance floor on a night out!
You can make the workout as high or low impact as you require, so suitable for all levels of fitness, everyone every shape and almost any age.
Zumba is different – it makes you feel the music and dance with it … it can be an exciting and effective fitness tool, and the more you do the more you want it!
